Why can I not see anyone?
Only people who are live right now and near you appear. Choose a wider range, or try at busy hours and at partner venues.
It says my position cannot be confirmed precisely enough.
GPS is weak indoors. Move near a window, check that location services are on, or use Same Venue.
The SMS code did not arrive.
Check that you entered your number with the country code and wait a few minutes. A code is valid for five minutes; ask for a new one if needed.
Someone is bothering me.
Tap Block or Report on their profile or in the chat. Someone you block can never see you again. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account; deleting the app does not cancel them.
Meeting safely
- Meet in a busy place, ideally the venue where you matched.
- Tell a friend where you are.
- Report anyone who asks for money or pushes you to move to another app.
